I wanted to thank you for such good customer service - your company was wonderful! What a delightful group to work with. Our mag lights are terrific and our large surgery light has benefited our new surgical suite. Dr. Tom loves it. There was never a time that I had to wait for assistance or an immediate reply from the time we received our merchandise to the time of installation. All is working and we are good to go. In today's world of voice mails and answering machines, you guys do it right. You actually call and make a personal connection and you follow up.
