Account Set-up
To place an online order simply set-up an online account. This is a one time process and only takes a few minutes.
NOTE: If you had an account on our old website you will have to create a new account. Unfortunately we were not able to transfer the existing accounts into our new database.
Gio Pelle has a $50.00 minimum order. This applies to all purchases including online and phone orders.
Credit Cards
Gio Pelle accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express All online orders require a valid credit card including the 3 digit security code located on the back of your card (4 digit security code on American Express cards on front of card).
Order Processing
Orders placed after 3pm EST/EDT may be processed the next business day. Gio Pelle business hours are 8am-5pm EST/EDT Monday through Friday.
Purchase OrdersGio Pelle considers each purchase order a separate and legally binding document between a supplier and a buyer. It details the items the buyer agrees to purchase at a certain price point as well as how those items are to be paid and who is responsible for shipping terms/payment. Since our company does not offer contracts with any purchasers this must be documented on every PO.
Sales Tax
Gio Pelle charges sales tax in several jurisdictions.

Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Gio Pelle, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Please note that Gio Pelle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.
