Shipping Method
Gio Pelle offers the following shipping options:
  • UPS Ground: 3-7 business days for delivery
  • UPS 3 Day: 3 business days for delivery
  • UPS 2 Day: 2 business days for delivery
  • UPS 1 Day: SAVER 1 business day delivery
  • UPS Next Day: 1 business day
Shipping Cost Shown During Checkout
The shipping charges shown during checkout and on your online receipt are a close estimate of the final amount and are usually accurate, however, once your order has been packaged and weighted in our warehouse the weight may be slightly different thereby affecting the final amount charged to your credit card.

Heavy Equipment Orders (LTL)
Gio Pelle will contact you with the exact freight charges for large equipment purchased on our website.
 
Handling Fee
Gio Pelle charges a small handling fee on all orders. This fee will be calculated during checkout and will appear on your online receipt before you submit your order. This fee varies depending on the size and weight of each package:
  • 1-5lbs: $3.50
  • 6-20lbs: $7.00
  • 21-70lbs: $12.00
  • 71-150lbs: $18.00
  • All Pallets: $25.00
Insurance
Insurance is added to every package we ship. This fee will be calculated during checkout and will appear on your online receipt before you submit your order. This fee varies depending on the cost of your purchase:
  • $1.80 on orders up to $300.00
  • $0.90 per $100.00 on orders over $300.00
Residential Deliveries
All residential deliveries require an adult signature. Deliveries will not be left without a signature. A Signature Fee of $4.00 will be applied to your credit card when processed.
 
NOTE: The $4.00 Signature Fee WILL NOT be calculated during checkout and WILL NOT appear on your online receipt before you submit your order.
 
Contiguous United States (lower 48 states)
Shipping charges displayed are valid and accurate ONLY in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
If you are outside the contiguous United States or do not have a mailing address within the contiguous United States, your order will be held.
 
Our customer service department will fax you a formal estimate with the correct shipping charges. Once this document has been signed and returned to us, your order will be shipped.
